As Mark had addressed before, the may have been a medical coverup between Parkland Memorial Hospital and Bethesda. They don't really have to have replace the brain. People could have just altered his real brain to look like he was shot from behind. The time could have arose when he was being transported between those two place. This brings up the point of WHY they brought Kennedy out of Texas in the first place. Usually, the autopsy has to be done in the state that the person died in.

The Warren Commission even ADMITTED that they had to run away fast because the locals may stop then:

"....At approximately 2:15 p.m. the casket was loaded, with some difficulty because of the narrow airplane door, onto the rear of the Presidential plane where seats had been removed to make room. Concerned that the local officials might try to prevent the plane's departure, O'Donnell asked that the pilot take off immediately. He was informed that takeoff would be delayed until Vice President Johnson was sworn in...."

So clearly, there was something awry there.
