He had offered her the position...but, she had declined her ability to take apon such a rank..had she not? He had merely thought she wished not to be the Matriarch! He snorted though...angered that she now sought leadership! Now she was ill-tempered because she didn't have it. Is that all she wanted? To be the Lead mare of these parts? Would she not be content with his trust, love, respect, & loyalty?!?! He whistles shrilly..saddened & hurt..he wished not for her to leave! He adored her already as it was..his interest within grew stronger each day, each minute! Everything he said to her was from the heart...did she belief him to be ignorant of a mare's feelings? For he was not! Did she belief he was a liar..well, he wasn't! He was keen - as he was taught well from his sire & dam - he wished never to hurt her..but, in this way, he supposed he had. However, who was really at fault here? A misunderstanding was apparent - each other's words were simply not understood! He snorted & averted his gaze...not knowing what to do. He called longingly to the pale dove of whom was in the process of leaving...remorse for his actions were felt, but he still believed Cenzia was a grand Matriarch & such would not change! Could Rainbow have a big enough heart to understand his reasonings & be content within his presence? His heart ached..urning for her love..would it come? With unsure optics, he watches her..a pitiful looking creature, was he..::
