When you click on the guests it tells you what's wrong with them. If they are hungry put more restaurants or burger stands, vending machines, etc. If they are tired you need to put more benches. Thirsty: put more drink stands here and there or vending machines. Sometimes the guests are also unhappy if the animals are unhappy, sick etc. If you are able to make the animals very very happy then the guests will also be a little happier. I finished that scenario without cheating so try those ideas. If you need more help let me know... =D
