A lot of attention was thrown her way as she made her way to the bar, she could feel heat blossoming from gazes that lingered too long. She wore a white lace, knee length dress with sheer fabric in places the bordered on risque. With the lace layered over she had a sweet and classic look. Her hair was pulled over her shoulders, glossy locks covering her chest, leaving the nape of her neck bare. She avoided the confident flirts who tried to catch her eye; a shy little smile tugged awkwardly at the corner of her mouth as she passed through the majority of the activity in the room and found an open stool. It wasn't the hungry stares or the mouth watering swallows that sent fingers of ice running down her spine though. She could sense the desire, the need, the obsession for her essence lurking closer. Something had caught scent of her blood. And now it needed to die. Polly was a lot smarter than most people gave her credit for. It was a calculated move on her part. It kept her enemies guessing her next move. The vampire hunting her thought she was just an unusually good smelling human, an unusually attractive human who would keep him entertained for a time. Polly knew all these things because she'd been spying on him far better than he'd been spying on her. And now she planned to outmaneuver him.
