Subject: Chatting around the table Author: Tia [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 08:37:53 05/23/02 Thu Tia greeted Rowan with a frown when he approached the table with the pretty blonde woman, who he was probably going to try to entice into his bed. The only thing the handsome elf ever seemed to think about was his next conquest, and that made Tia angry for some reason. Hopefully, one day Rowan would grow up and realize that there was a lot more to life than just sex! She smiled at Gwen when she was introduced, grateful to have another woman present at the table. When Tia noticed the irritated look that crossed Gwen's face when Rowan suddenly focused his attention on her, she sighed. Obviously, the woman didn't realize yet that the elf couldn't stay focused on one person for long. If another pretty face walked into the room right now, Rowan would rush off to flirt again. “I noticed the tense looks on your faces," Rowan whispered in her ear. "Is there something going on here I should know about?” Tia shrugged since she wasn't sure what kind of game Tallon might be playing yet. Her brow lifted slightly when he mentioned Kyri. Although she knew that was the name of Ravin's ex-wife, she really didn't know too much about the woman since the others rarely spoke about her. Apparently their marriage ended after Kyri tried to backstab one of Ravin's friends when she cast a minor spell on Scat to keep the unruly boy from terrorizing the ship they were traveling on to Kor Toi. When Tia first met Ravin, he was hurting deeply over the loss of the love he once felt for Kyri. But the thief seemed to be in much better spirits now that he had gotten together with Isobel. The petite thief turned her attention to Gwen when she started talking about Bizmar, since like Rowan; she had never set foot into the city. Of course she heard a bit about the place from snippets of conversation between Erlic and the others while they adventured together in Neromba, but she had no idea what the city was really like. "Sweet goddess!" Tia said once Gwen fell silent. "Bizmar certainly does sound like a very dangerous place! I lived in the city of Languss for a while, and although it had its fair share of scoundrels, you could walk around on your own without worrying about being attacked by gangs. Have you lived in Bizmar all your life, Gwen?" Her violet eyes shifted to the gray haired man then. "And what about you Tallon? Obviously you're not from Bizmar since you asked about the city.
