After constant research the only way I am able to get relief is to take zyrtec 20mg twice a day and to stay away from all artificial color additives in food, drinks, lotions, medicine ect., as well as any perservatives such as BHT,BHA ect. Nuts, fresh fruits and vegtables all have preservatives so if he choses to eat fresh fresh it has to be thoroughly cleaned, these are just a couple of tips I figured out on my own, it is far from a cure because once these items enter my body the hives come right back just as if it was day one.
