I log into the program for the first time and enter a practice's information successfully. When i try to enter a provider and get all of the information entered in and click save i get the message that this page cannot be displayed and the provider information is erased and not saved. Also i tried to enter the information several times and one time i accidentally clicked save without entering a social security number or tax id number and it put me into an error loop "must enter valid ssn" and then displays "must enter cvaild TIN #" and when i click ok or the "x" to close the error window they jsut come back up again without giving me the opportunity to correct the problem....then only way to get out of the loop is to close internet explorer and start over.......

James,

Did you try to "refresh " the page? Also I am going to try to duplicate the problem with the error that you got and get back with you.
