I was finally able to enter a provider...the cannot be displayed page went away..but now when i go to try to print the hcfa to file or to printer i get the same page cannot be displayed error message......is this a problem with the server.....i love the layout and concept of the online billing, much onproved over the cd format....we all just need to work together to work out the bugs..i am very excited to get this up and running.....

I just got finish downloading the text file from a fictious claim and had no problems at all. Now to actually print it out, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The file that will be sent to the printer is a pdf document. So, once you select that option "Send to Printer" it will open the "pdf viewer" which by default will open in your default browser. Once this takes place you will have that option to print it. I suggest that when you do this to print the information on an actual HCFA 1500 form, not a copy to make sure that everything aligns up perfectly. Get back with me and let know how everything worked out.
