I'm glad you found this board; it must be very challenging to have to have been alone after the abortion.

I don't know how much consolation it is to you, but it's certainly understandable to be experiencing the feelings and grief you are, and you're definitely not alone. If you think it would be helpful you can google "Post Abortion Stress Syndrome" and read about how others have dealt with it.

I'm so sorry you were pressured into a decision you did not want to make. I second what the others have said about turning to God - He made both you and the baby you are grieving for and He holds the wisdom and comfort that no human being can give a heart that is in the wilderness.

You are tenderly in my thoughts and I will be praying for you. I hope you'll take things one day at a time and take good care of yourself. Please feel free to post here in this safe haven as often as you like. Many women struggling with the afteraffects of abortion have done so. You are absolutely respected and welcome here.
