hey everyone, how's it been going? sorry i haven't been on here more. my computer decided it wasn't going to work for about a month. but i just wanted to let you all know:

my baby girl, Kaydence Marie, was born Nov. 5 at 6:57 p.m. she weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 19 inches long.

she's beautiful, and for the most part a very good baby.

right now, she's just over two weeks old. we went to the doctor yesterday and she now weighs 8 pounds 1 ounce.

i haven't hooked the camera up to the computer yet, but i have a couple pictures i wanted to post. but i'll get to that later.

anyway, hope everyone's doing okay. and happy thanksgiving if i don't talk to you before then...

Congratulations on the new arrival!

Hope you are getting some rest. Those little ones can be a bit tiring in the beginning. She is coming up on a month old here though so she might start having more of a schedule. My little one finally slept through the night at about 3 1/2 months, but they are all different.

Looking forward to a pic, I always like to see one a little later than right afte they are born, because by that time, they have developed a little personality!

Oh she's just beautiful, Nikki; congratulations again. You did it! I always felt so relieved to have the birth behind me and on to starting the next chapter of getting to know my baby.

It can be tough, all the adjusting, so just remember you're quite normal if you're feeling overwhelmed at times at all the newness and change.

Give your little Kaydence a hug from all of us, and thank for the update with the bonus picture!

I agree with Shellie; don't forget to take good care of yourself, too.
