Hi ladies long time no post!! how is everyone?? im doing fine after having the abortion i guess as good as i can be, i will never do it again though!! Anyways i have been coming on almost daily just to read what everyone is up to. Im here today cus i have a question, its hard to ask my dr cus i would haveto wait a month for an appt so i thought id ask you ladies!

It started a month ago before my period, i was having awful stomache pain and it lasted for about 3 weeks, it was upper abdominal pain, it hurt on the left side right beside my belly button, it was awful!! anyways it lasted through my period. 2 weeks after my period (dec 1, 2 & 3) i had this discharge that was pink in color it was kinda thick but not too thick, that lasted for 3 days. I looked it up and it said it could be ovulation bleeding. I ve never seen that before. Now I am supposed to get my period on monday the 18th, but yesterday (the 13th) i went to the bathroom and had like liquidy red blood on the tissue so i put a tampon thinking i got my period early but now its just brown when ever i wipe nothing to wear a pad over. My boobs are sore...but it could just be because im getting my period. The thing is im never EVER late or early, i get my period every 28 days to the tee!! so im wondering what this blood i saw yesterday is?? i looked it up online and everything points at implantation bleeding....but i didnt have that the first time i was pregnant...what do you think?? am i just paranoid???

Hi Jacqueline,

It's good to hear from you. I'm not too sure what to make of your bleeding questions, maybe some of the other women here have had similar experiences they can share from.

I do know that if you're very regular with your period (lucky you, mine are anything but!) and you've missed your date along with having strange bleeding patters that it'd be a good idea to look into the situation, even if you're not pregnant.

If you're concerned that you might be pregnant, you can always take a home pregnancy test as early as 10 days after the possible date of conception and they're pretty accurate. You can also, of course, go to any Pregnancy Resource Center and they'll give you a pregnancy test there for free.

Either way, let us know how it goes if you're up for it. It's good to see a post from you again and I hope all is going well for you.

Hi there :) I have had implantation bleeding with 2 of my pregnancies but not with the others so just because you didn't have it once doesn't mean you won't next time. I am assuming that pregnancy is a possibilty then if youre concerned? What you experienced does sound like implantation bleeding to me but without knowing when you had unprotected sex and at what point in your cycle ect it's difficult to say.
Can i ask why it is that your personally would not ever have another abortion? I have my own reasons but was just curious to hear about your experience and i think it would be helpful for others possibly reading this to learn of the reality of abortion as well.
