Sorry to mention UMass hoop...

But uh, damn, that was a very nice game to watch today.

Sometimes "things" come together nicely...Ga. State came back from double-digits to win Thursday night; UMass won today; that Sasha chick is friggin' hot; and I'm goin' to the A-10 tournament to watch the Minutekids!

Oh yeah, I'm drunk. And Arsenal won. I almost forgot that. The only thing which could make this better would be to get high...er, in the air, you know. You know what I mean? I hope you know.

Joe Strummer's "Global a Go-Go" might be one of the best albums ever. Golly!

UMass wins, and none of the usual dickheads go over there to post. Hmmm...

Mel, I don't know why, but when UMass beats a team they're supposed to beat, what does the opponent have anything to do with that?

Fordham is bad, so UMass beat them in a proper fashion. Beat them on the boards, beat them from the floor, beat them at the line (?!). Not bad, eh?

I don't know, I just don't care what they do when they win. I watched GSU beat a BELMONT team (mmm hmm) Thursday night on a last-second bank shot. It was a delight. I got to meet Gail Deevers and Walt Bellamy. GSU beat a motherfarkin' team from the Big 10 in the NCAA tournament last year, and beat St. Joe's (for God's sake!) this year. Should they have been beaten once already by Belmont and been taken to the wire by them again? Hell no. But you know, at the end of the game, I felt friggin' great.

UMass beat Fordham today by passing the ball extremely well (19 assists on 23 made baskets?!) and getting after it on the glass. Kit had a nice game. Everybody who played contributed. Fletcher is not posting some bullshit about Drexel. Isn't life great? Who cares how bad Fordham is? They smoked the Minutemen earlier this year, our guys got revenge.

Any more beer?
