I saw the date initially too and tried to read what was said after but couldn't. So I checked my tape.

It says:

"The date set for mobilization of alien forces"

That's all we are shown. We get a close up of a stunned Mulder but don't know what else he read. Not good news, that's for sure!

I wondered about X the ghost passing the note too but CW had a good reason. I think ghosts as we know them in films like The Sixth Sense, can move things but how the ghost brought a piece of paper though a door is quite a feat! I guess he carried it in his ghostly pocket.

Some of my family was saying they think Jerry Hardin (Deep Throat) is dead but I haven't heard that. I'll have to look into that. Maybe he was just unavailable for whatever reason.

I wanted to see some of te familiar Indians from The Blessing Way eps too but I guess the main one we know is Albert. Why not have him as a ghost as well? He did it before. Or is he excusively Scully's ghostly visitor. I wonder if the young boy who was with William was original going to be the same indian boy who was Albert's grandson? That would have been a nice touch but maybe they couldn't get him. I think I've seen him on some satelite tv series.

I mentioned in another thread below that I think the copters were driven by super soldiers whose only intent was to destroy the megatite pueblo. D&R aren't any special threat to them. That's just my guess.

I didn't like all the after the fact stuff either. M&S apparently knowing about Jeffrey and the baby (which I'm still confused about.) They needed a couple more eps to bring this out and I think they easily could have brought it up sometime earlier ths season with Scully learning about it or at the very least telling Dogett and Reyes what she'd found out. Mulder didn't have to be present.

Mulder and Scully definately are "on the run" now. In fact I was surprised they stayed in a motel in Roswell! Isn't that a bit obvious for evil guys who are looking for them? I think it's a good way to go having them be fugitives. Scully can never go back to her apartment which is best since everyone always finds her there! Poor fish will probably die. I think the next movie should be myth arc. How can it be stand alone?! At least maybe make it half and half. Oh I hope their IS another movie. I don't know what the ratings are yet but I did hear Survivor won the time slot and Cosby was second. Stupid Survivor viewers. Who LiKES that show?! (I hope I'm not offending anyone ;-) ).
