Actually, after my sons graduated from HS, I haven't been to more than a couple of high school games. Today was the State Prep Bowl for High School football Championships. There are 6 classes and one could watch all day if they chose. I watched the first one only because I used to teach in that school and go there now for my job. It's fun to watch the "second generaton" play football. They won, BTW and that was pretty cool. Their coach has been there for 34 years, is the Athletic Director and teaches 5 classes a day.

As for the pros--I have to laugh as I will fall asleep in my recliner when pro football is on. I have found the best way for me to watch is to tape it, fast forward through all the jabbering and standing around stuff. Generally I can watch the game in about 20 minutes of action (out of the 2 hours they take to actually play.) I usually don't watch unless I need a nap.
