The answer to the bonus question is: When Scully orders a pizza, Mulder often ends up paying for it! (This happened in both "Bad Blood" and "Empedocles".) I consider this vaguely shippy because, generally speaking, a professional woman doesn't expect a man who is merely her business partner or even a friend, to pay for food she's ordered. . .but in most romantic relationships, a woman usually feels it's okay for her to order something and then tell her boyfriend/lover/husband "pay the guy".
