I've been seeing more links for them.

I'm largely strictly Mulder and Scully. I just don't feel as invested in a Doggett-Reyes pairing in fanfic. It is however,interesting on the show.
I do like stories with Doggett working with M or S or both.

I also like post episode stories a lot that expand on what might have happened after the episode ended. I really like stories a lot that tiein to whats happening on the show--but they have to fit in and make sense. Sometimes ones that express Mulder or Scully's feelings during an episode can really good. I don't, though, like fics contained within episodes that don't jibe with what was going on in the show. Like having a fic set in between two scenes in a season 2 episode where M&S have wild sex and then go back to work picking up with the next scene on the show. That makes no sense and M&S were NOT involved back then.

I don't like many introspective monologue pieces. I much prefer dialogue heavy fics. I like when the Gunmen come into play.
Sometimes I get in the mood for Post Colonization stories.

I would like to read some Krycek stories but it seems like most of them are slash (not that there's anything wrong with that ;-) ). Just not what I want to read especially when they put Krycek and Mulder together. I think it's way out of character because Mulder loves Scully. Plus Krycek is his enemy. I don't want to read Scully with Krycek or Scully with Skinner either. I pretty much just like Mulder and Scully together. :-)
