das liest sich ja schlimm, mir geht es ganz genauso wie dir, aber ich habe mich noch nie geritzt in meinem Leben und habe da irgendwie kein Verlangen nach.... meinst du das du es unbedingt tun musst? als Hilfeschrei oder so ? kenn mich damit nicht aus... das sind doch sicher große Schmerzen? wollen wir mal per mail schreiben? kannst ja deine addy mal hier rein schreiben oder so,,,
