Hab nochmal alle Daten ausgewertet:
Höchstwahrscheinlich war's bei mir ein Mangel.
Also vom satten Minus zum Plus, deshalb wie ein "Wunder".
Bei gesunder Ernährung/Lebenswandel würde es keinen Unterschied machen.

Da du es häufiger erwähnt hast... Das interessiert mich jetzt eigentlich am meisten: ob ich etwas finden könnte, dass dir da wieder raushilft.
Wenn du das willst.
Bräuchte dann aber mehr Daten, sonst tappe ich ziemlich im Dunkeln~
