Zeit vergeht. Kinder sind groß. Muss nicht mehr so funktionieren. Schaue in mein inneres. Die Zeit früher. So 2000 oder früher. Gefühle immer noch nicht verarbeitet.
Heute in der Therapie über diese Zeit geredet. Nach der Therapie sauren Apfel geholt. Damals war ich öfter im Parsimony chat und ab und an im Wald gefahren. Da wo der Boden bemoost ist und sauren Apfel getrunken. Irgendwann brauchte ich mehr als eine Flasche, bis zum erbrechen.
Jetzt hab ich mir mal so eine Flasche gekauft, wenn schon in Therapie darüber zu reden, kann ich ja auch nochmal drauf anstoßen. Der Geruch von sauren Apfel bringt mir den Moos von früher, das Gefühl von damals, frei sein. Einfach keine Eltern oder sonst was da. Damals kamen gerade die Handys. Besoffen meinen Vater sms geschrieben, das ich heute nicht komme. Und jedes mal dann der Ärger zu Hause ich soll ihn anrufen. Aber besoffen mit Eltern reden, wäre auch nicht besser gewesen.
