I was on that cruise, also from Nailsea school. Mr Daniels was my form tutor and I was called Ruth Ellmore back then. How good is your memory?

I was having a clear out when I found my SS Uganda badge and on a whim decided to see what was on line…. And here I am 😁

Who could forget the storm, I spent most of those 2 days going to Alexandra on deck to try and escape the smell of sick. I wasn’t keen on the flight to Valletta either, my first time in a plane.
