Diet every other day, or all week. On diet days keep meals simple. salad, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, cheese, olive oil, vinigar, fruits, diet drinks, salad dressings are allowed. NO SUGAR, WHITE FLOUR, RICE, POTATOS,BREAD ETC ARE ALLOWED.NO STARCHY FOODS. On off days you can have anything you want, in reasonable portions. There are no calorie restrictions on diet days. Simply follow the food guidelines...lots of veggies and lean meats.

    Your first day should be a diet day......ex: breakfast:2 hard boild eggs, cucumber & tomato with vinigrate.1 cup coffee, little milk or cream, sweetner. lunch:salad, salad dressing(make sure its not sweet) use sparingly to moderately. lean grilled chicken. diet soda dinner:salad, cooked veggies, fish, salad dressing, sugarfree jello.
