Diet every other day, or all week. On diet days keep meals simple. salad, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, cheese, olive oil, vinigar, fruits, diet drinks, salad dressings are allowed. NO SUGAR, WHITE FLOUR, RICE, POTATOS,BREAD ETC ARE ALLOWED.NO STARCHY FOODS. On off days you can have anything you want, in reasonable portions. There are no calorie restrictions on diet days. Simply follow the food guidelines...lots of veggies and lean meats.
