Subject: A newcomer bounces in, tongue hanging out of his mouth.

The newcomer was a scraggly, rough male and was getting to close to expecting Aaka. At once, Amaroq pounced! He sunk his teeth into the back of the strange wolf, sending both wolves rolling. At the bottom of the hill, they bounced on a rock and went seperate ways. The new wolf was the first to get to his feet, and without warning, had his teeth in Amaroq's neck. With a yelp, Amaroq called to his brother for help. Grizzle, hearing this call for help, jumped to his feet and rushed down the hill to stand by his friend. But, Grizzle tripped and slid down the hill on his side, wiping the newcomer off his feet. Amaroq leaped up and was ready to pounce, when the new wolf came up from behind him and bit Amaroq in the leg. Amaroq sank to the ground, yipping in pain. Grizzle jumped on the wolf's back, sending the wolf to the ground. He trotted over to his brother and took a good look at him. Amaroq was bleeding in several places on his legs, and had a gash in the neck. Meanwhile, back at the top of the hill, Aaka was not feeling very well. She laid down to rest and found her shoulder bleeding.
The newcomer had not risen since Grizzle had attacked him. Instead, he had rolled over, showing the white on his belly as a surrender sign. But he never did get up again.
