Your exhaust sytem internally has collapsed or plugged. Especially if it has a Y pipe from engine to a single exhaust. The Catalytic Converter could have plugged also. Just hook a vacuum gauge to the engine, with a long hose. The faster you try to go, the lower the vacuum. This confirms an exhaust restriction. Problem can be identified where by disconnecting muffler, cay con, or actual Y pipe from engine. From plugged area back, it will be colder also.
