Author: Takil - Varenth
Subject: Haste

Takil trotted in ahead of a little green dragon, hastily wiping her face dry of tears. After a moment of looking around, she located a bowl of wherry meat and carefully placed it on the ground. Varenth eagerly tottered up to it and began gulping down meat almost before Takil had let go of it. "Surely you're not that hungry, dear.." she asked in mock dismay. Varenth, without stopping, replied, - I am very hungry! You have not been cooped up in a shell. - Takil laughed. "Yes, that's true. My beautiful green." Mentally, Takil assesed the size of Varenth. Proportionally, she was nearly perfect. Size-wise, she was the smallest of the clutch, meaning, Takil thought with a smile, she would be agile and fast, though she probably wouldn't have a lot of stamina. True to her color! She snapped her thoughts back to Varenth when she realized that the green was poking her with her muzzle. - I'm finished. - "Already?" Takil was flabbergasted. The bowl was completely empty, though. With a sigh, Takil picked it up and set it back on the table. She hadn't spent much time in the kitchens, so she didn't know where to put it.
