I would concur with the moderator in my scepsis about the use of pre-seed. All it does is to further dilute the sperm - the natural preparation is probably more successful. I wouldn't miss the 2nd LH+ day - in most cases, this is the day of the ovulation. Chances of insemination being successful on day 4 are more or less nil - the best chances are days 1, 2, and if you really must, 3. Sperm volume and total number decrease if you ejaculate every day, but that is normal, and shouldn't lead to decreased fertility.
By the way, the use of clomid [clomiphene] can lead to a stronger and more prolonged LH surge. Did you ever try without?
