The first place to start is with your doctor. Your records have to be somewhere. Tubal reversals don't have a good success rate though, same as vasectomy reversals.

If you're getting into regular fights about this or anything else, this might not be the way to go anyway. You only just got married, you're having regular fights with your husband, and your email makes you seem pretty desperate. Whether or not you're able to have children, the fights probably won't stop, and that's not the best environment for raising a child.
