I agree with the moderator on most points. Tube reversal is microsurgery that is costly, and has an incomplete success rate. There is also a danger of fallopian tube rupture, if the fertilized egg doesn't migrate down to the uterus. So after it is done, it would need to be monitored closely.

But that being said, the procedure is done frequently. There should be a fertility clinic near your place where this is doable. Where are you located?

Gestatational surrogate (it is a surrogate, not a donor) is again not that simple, quite expensive, but basically doable. Traditional surrogates are much easier, but then he child would not be yours (genetically).
