Don't want to intrude on your conversation with PG but I guess you could easily obtain the ethnically relevant samples for AI from most sperm banks in US and Canada.

PS Just a little note aside. I guess you do know that the child would not be Jewish, because the mother isn't Jewish. In the other case, the mother is either born Jewish or has undergone an orthodox conversion...
