Let me see if I understand all this. In the U.K. if the woman decides for any reason that she needs financial support from the biological father, even though she became pregnant as a result of A.I., and has never met the man, all she has to do is enlist the assistance of a lawyer who will serve a court order obliging the ISP to reveal the name of their customer?
This is not a very happy situation, more especially for a donor who is already married and possibly has a family of his own to support.
