Anneka smiles slightly, finally feeling comfortable around another person. "Thank you," she repeats. "It's been really hard to get over."

She shrugs. "Oh...around," she replies vaguely. "I have a tendency not to draw attention to myself." A wry grin crosses her face as she gently traces a small scar on her neck. "I doubt many people even know I exist."

Still feeling a little "on the spot," she tries to turn the conversation towards Sundrae. "You have a sister?" she asks, curious.
