Actually, you all are clouding the issue. With your wordy posts, big high sounding words, you have made everything more confusing than clear. All strength, whether miraculous or not, is a work of the Holy Spirit! Just read the scriptures. You want biblical proff? How about Eph 3:18. It is very, very simple. It says what it means, and means what it says. DOn't try to make something that is so simple so difficult.
