Doug, greetings in Christ from sunny Texas,

It is strange, but I am so busy during the summer I don't have a lot of time to post--Nelta has about 88 members and some from the old GA List at Yahoo groups. That is where I was headed when I remembered that I had posted something here--

I am off in about 30 minutes and we are going to oklahoma city to pick up our grandson.

I have been working on an evangelism program that has a 70-80% success rate. I have it in an e-book and I had to make it so it would print out each page. A real hassle but I did that so I could print it out for my non computer friends and family.

it is non intrusive--dealing with relationships between man and God. If you want take a look here..

http://www.yesforfamilies.info/religion and you will see where to click on on the right side. It is tittled hearpaper.exe.

Nelta's group is called GospelAdvocatingForm

and can be found here..http://groups.yahoo.com/group/GospelAdvocatingForum/?yguid=114359899

Now, as to the Acts 2:39

Acts 2:38 (KJS) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,

and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39 For the promise is unto you,

and to your children, and to all that are afar off, [even] as many as the Lord our God shall call.

I believe I also gave Matt 3:10-12 to look at--see I have been here many times before--and to understand how the Jewish folks understood baptism of the Holy Spirit--will take you back to Acts 13 for that is to whom the orginal promise is made.

I will try to get back next week.
