"My observation--I would be interested in how you arrived at the idea that parts of Romans are directed toward Gentiles per sec?"

Here is an obvious example:

"But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree,do not be arrogant toward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you. You will say then, "Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in." Quite right, they were broken off for their unbelief, but you stand by your faith. Do not be conceited, but fear; for if God did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare you, either (Rom 11:17-20).

I am aware of the disagreement among scholars and exegetes as to who Romans was addressed to. However, it is logical to think that the church in Rome had both Jew and Gentile Christians, which is why part of it seems directed at Jews, and other parts at Gentiles. However, some of this may be nothing more than a feature of the Greek diatribe which features so prominently in Romans. Be that as it may, some of the letter is applicable directly to Jewish Christians, and others to gentile Christians.

A like how you broke down the various "laws." As far as the "law" for the gentiles, I think this goes right along with the law written on the heart that Paul speaks of in Romans 2. I'm not sur eif it is the same as the "natural revelation" of Romans 1, but it might be. In any case, the "instinctive" things of the law written on the heart in Romans 2 is a law.
