Subject: Water aerobics are cool

Hey Kelly!:) how are you doing. Water aerobics are good less pressure on joints and will firm anyone up. I am too large to do anything aerobic but I did these for some time and enjoyed it. You want exercise to be fun so you will stick with it!Playing golf is a fun way to get yourself to walk leave the cart behind. I played golf in high school and early college with no carts. Id also lift weights for the arms, that would be a good work out. A nice steady one if you have access to a gym or any equipment.
I do supersized exercise.....Im disabled but heres my plan. At least one trip outside of house a day....at least standing up for several 15 minute intervals during the day....walk around building once every day. Bounce ball and move as much as possible.
