Hi Kelly!
This year I went to a university and lived on campus. I had class five days a week and so had to walk to class and back everyday. It took me between 15-30 minutes one way. This is a really great way to slip into fitness. Find a place you go to very often that is not too far away and walk. If you have to take rests go ahead. I sometimes have to stop at the fountain if my ankles are hurting me, but I really enjoy the walk and it has been surprisingly helpful
