While I can't imagine anyone would disagree with the fundamental point of Jonnoisgod's post the reality, as Eoin points out, is that promosing young players will be drawn to the highest level they can manage. Moseley cannot compete with the facilities, staffing and financial packages on offer at Prem clubs with their RFU funded academies. I don't think there's been any lack of desire or indeed attempt to keep hold of the more promising younsgters but the fact is the club cannot offer them what a Premiership academy does.
