I thought he added a bit of atmosphere. Certainly didn't think it was rude - but different strokes for different folks, I guess. :-)

I dont really mind him playing when players come out but we were trying to listen to the guy talking on the mic while the presentations were being made and couldnt hear him due to the bagpipes surely he could have stopped at that point? And I was just wondering why he has started turning up? I have no axe to grind with the bloke, as a fellow Celt I quite like the sound of the bagpipes.
