Whitey is already in a coaching position within the club succesfully coaching Moseley Oak!

Elsewhere on this board it has been acknowledged Oak is key to bringing those young players developed by the club's excellent youth system into senior rugby and hopefully the 1st XV squad. Why would we want to risk sacrificing the excellent work done in this area to date and putting the project back when there is a clear plan already in place in this regard?
