I found out my nephew has four pit bulls chained on short chains out in weather. He is an idiot who is "training them to be mean" and "wants to make money selling puppies". I wanted to report him to the SPCA, but I do not see a chapter in his town. Other family members have solutions and all spell a bad end of the dogs. Isn't there some way these poor dogs don't have to pay the ultimate price for human ignorance and cruelty? I will keep checking to board if anyone has an idea.
