Hello Agustina
Yes!
Many different kinds of cactus plants produce edible fruits, for example:
Opuntia ficus-indica
Cereus peruvianus
Myrtillocactus geometrizans
Mammillaria prolifera
Hylocereus undatus
Carnegia gigantea
Other succulents also produce edible parts, for example the flowers of Yucca elephantipes are said to be delicious if fried in batter. (I have not tried them myself).
The fruits of Carpobrotus species are very tasty. C. edulis and C. glaucescens produce very edible fruits if grown well!
However, do not eat any parts of a cactus or other succulent plant unless you are absolutely sure what it is. Some of them are deadly poisonous!
All the best
Brian
