Subject: Summer update

Hello everyone!

After getting everything packed, computers disconnected (which caused serious withdrawal problems), our administration decided that we should repack everything to change the carpeting! The estimated completion date is end of June. I was planning on doing some of our work before June 22, when my little boy will be out of school and I will not be as flexible.
Questions that I have:
1. Do we need to reply to the grant people that we do accept their caveat (that we all will work together?)
2. Should I let them know that I am not in New River CC, but NVCC? (The grant acceptance has me down as from the wrong college)
3. Ken, I would like to start doing some work on the tutorial, while I have more time, and I can do it from home (the office is a chaos). The only problem is that I only have Microsoft Office 95 at home, so the Powerpoint is an older version. What do you suggest?)
4. Does our work need to be ready by the beginning of the fall semester?

I really would like to get started on it. Should we divide up the chapters, so we do not duplicate each other's efforts?
