My response:

On the screen that has the three rectangular boxes, after entering the activity key number, student ID, and password, the Enter symbol should be right below the third box and to the left. Click on Enter and it will take about four minutes for the program to load the test. Try it again and let me know what happens.
I have done this from at home and from the LRC lab and it has worked. I have had a problem at home when I have finished the test and want to view the results. I have also learned that once you have viewed the results which give you the correct answers to the questions you missed, there is no way I can retrieve this file afterward. So unless you write down the question, if you ask me for help on the questions you missed, we will not know which questions you missed. I have called the publishing company and asked about this. Hopefully they will make these improvements on the next version, but for now, this is a limitation.
Any feedback you can give me will be helpful. I may decide that giving tests via the Internet is not feasible. But unless we give it a try we will never know.
