>Have not run since Thanksgiving Day :( ...ran in a race, but did not try to race it...I still paid for it the rest of the day. The bronchitis in addition to the cold weather must have did me in (we are talking COLD).

Went back to the Dr on Monday bc I was not getting better....got a nice cough med with codeine, and another antibiotic. They were kind of stumped...originally they thought it was viral, but they prescribed antibiotics as a backup...they did nothing to help...but my illness was lingering which was contrary to a viral infection...they suspected that I had a secondary infection, I got a different antibiotic. I hate taking antibiotics like that giving the issue with resistance..I am slowly getting better, but my chest muscles are so sore that I have limited mobility; coughing is excruciating. My respiratory therapist friend said that I should not run until 2-3 weeks from when I finished my antibiotic which is about 2 weeks from now. ughh! I'm sure she is right, the added stress will will prolong my healing, which is why I got this in the first place...I trust her word as much as my physicians. I was hoping to start training for a marathon in April. I probably have time, but I am going to be starting from the ground up bc I am pretty weak.

School semester is over! I am interning next semester, so school is over for all practical purposes! I am extremely burned out.

Don't feel bad, I don't know any Japanese except
>different foods and "thank you" - I typed it in a
>search engine. Of course, I'm not surprised that
>Lloyd also knows Japanese - Lloyd needs to give
>seminars on time management for the rest of us.

>from running you crazy girl!
