I don't trust doctors with this type of thing, unless they're homeopathic. I trust doctors with broken bones and that's about the extent of it. It is my uneducated and humble diagnosis that you overworked yourself, mentally and physically, and you need to RELAX and get A LOT of sleep for at least 2 weeks. I hope you feel better soon!
