I love cous cous! It is so quick to prepare unlike some of the hot cereals that I have I've never thought of cinnamon nor as a breakfast food--good idea! I do indulge in milk/espresso drinks. My favorite cafe offers soy milk, but there is something about soy in espresso drinks that I do not like...maybe it just does not marble like reg milk.
