In reply to: Band 's message, "About time, right? Haha" on 20:45:33 04/13/04 Tue

*Slowly the sounds of a following lupian character could be heard as with a slightly regal, yet very humble attitude the silver fae' made her appearance within the dimmly lite den. Soft whine given to alert him to her presence as she approached from behind. Harks perking forth as if to sense if anyone was about and ease dropping upon their soon to be conversation, yet none was found...at least for the moment. Silver pelt shifted over taunt muscles as the regal and large framed female moved forward, deeper into the den* "Hello Band..." *Words soft, holding a more open warmness then it had before the pack. Sapphires soft and caring, yet a hint of fear present there*

Mist.

The white form uttered, relief flooding his quiet voice. Anxiety vanished from his eyes' blue depths. They looked into those of Silver Mist, falling into them, taking comfort. He was tired.. very tired. The wolf's constantly on edge state of mind had worn him to a mere thread. Band had lost weight. Before, that didn't seem possible. But now it was quite noticeable. His coat had lust some of its purely alabaster sheen. Instead, it was ruffled and unkempt and even stained with mud. His legs were especially covered with it, as he had stood practically mid-cannon deep in mud while at the Bastion. Even Band's eyes had dimmed. However, they had brightened considerable at the sight of the silver female.

Roving sight then caught Mist and her ever increasing size. He ended up staring. And then gawking. Band's gaunt head cocked to one side. No way. Couldn't be true. His gaze froze onto hers.

Mist?

The white wolf repeated, this time almost frantically. Did she want this? He had done this to her. Band, for the first time, was now truly fearful of the consequences.

*Flutes perked at her name, the sound of it uttered by his own lips seemingly calming to the highstrung female. Taking a few steps forward now nearly even with that of his own frame a small frown could be seen. He was rather ragged looking, and so unkept, something she'd seen him as only once before...only this time she feared she was part of the cause* Oh Band... *The tone soft and rather regretful as without fully thinking she pressed long snout within the thick yet unkept pelt of he. Pulling back at his questionable voice, slight simper formed as the nearly sheepish look overtook her. Dial was nodded slowly in the form of a yes, silently confirming the worries he had within. Yet she did not wait for him to speak as she rushed forward to speak her own thoughts* Please don't say you take it back. *Gasp given at her sudden outburst. Had she just all but stated to him and those that perhaps were eaves dropping that she did not regret her actions with the male of alabaster hues. It seemed that way at least* Band..I...we...ummm. *Dangit ya gone and got her flustered again*

Band heard the rueful tone of voice she used when she first spoke. He would have begged of her not to pity him right then and there. But the silver femme's touch cleared the white wolf's mind. It was all too brief. When it left him, he stood alone. Just an ailing canine in a dark gloomy cave. His tail quivered slightly. Band's blue eyes carefully watched as she nodded. They softened into a rare, kind compassion. Here stood the very she-wolf the alabaster loved most. A new chapter was beginning to dawn. An unsettling apprehension ate at his insides. But like a wave on the sand, the slate was cleared as Silver Mist spoke again. Eyes locked onto hers, he replied.

How could I. I would never take that back.

If Enchancee was here, she would probably kill him. But then again, she wasn't here, was she? A flash of anxiety then lit Band's face. He had a question, and it burned.

Since.. you know.. we have.. you know.. The white one stumbled over the words. His shyness was getting the best of him. Would.. would.. you be my.. my.. my.. Band's voice then disappeared, as if he didn't really need to finish.. and not like he could anyway.

*Nearly upon pins and needles of such she waited, fearful of his reply, but once more assured that not all she'd done in her life was a flop, as with soft tones the male seemed to restore her shattered heart and being. Harks perked forth to catch his words as sapphires shimmered and shined in a new light of sorts. They thought the same, of one another. Dial had raised and gaze locked with his own at his words of before, but at the stumbling of his next ones a slightly startled look came upon her face, then surprise, and finally mere understanding and yes, contained joy. Taking the steps forward once more, long muzzle was placed within the brute's shoulder lightly as soft vocals were given* "I'd be more then happy to..." *Says this softly as simper was given against him*

(Ugh! Haven't gotten a chance to email you, yet! :/ Pathetic.)

In the darkness of the cave's depths, he grinned. Could she actually be serious? Or maybe she wasn't. But Band wasn't prepared to weigh doubts at this moment. Dulled eyes ignited to their original potent energy level. The wolf's grin lit his face. The male spun around and nudged her side with playful enthusiasm. He then brought his head under her throat before leaping off to the side. Blue eyes gazed at the silver female. Luck wasn't the correct word. I'll be back! I promise. I must go home. Wide grin still upon his lips, the alabaster darted from the den.

(It's all good I forgive ya...)

*Mug was lowered in the form of nod as dial shifed at his words. Harks twitching and frame shuddering at his touch, before he seemingly playfully darted away. Orbs holding love and confusion as the brute spoke. Silver having to once more watch the one anchor she had left drift away in a speck of alabaster hues* "Hurry back..." *Says this softly to herself*
