because stock transfer aint all its cracked up to be and tenants and residents involved need a forum to share experiences and learn from each other. Without a forum we are seperate, isolated and we will continue to lose out.
i hope we can use this site to build a collective tenants movement.
our Tenants group is meeting a representative from the Housing task force this week, following the collapse of the proposed transfer for our area. we will be telling them what we think of transfers and how our experience of tenant involvement is that it is a sham, anybody out there with anything they would like us to pass on, please post it on this site. (before weds 6th March)
