Subject: Seasons 12, 13 and 14 to be released in 2021 on DVD...
The final three seasons, consisting of 69 episodes will be slated for release in 2021. The original broadcast print of Forever will be pulled out of the NBC vault in the company warehouse in Fort Lee, NJ along with all the others and flown to LA to be worked on for HD authoring to DVD.

With Covid and other considerations is there any indicator as to when specifically,Seasons 12-14 will be available for purchase? Any idea if it will be through Amazon ? Wal-Mart both?Saving up to purchase as soon as available. Thanks

Andy Klyde would know more. I’d imagine CBS will get them out sooner because they want them all available. Despite the long span of time it has taken them to get a classic tv series out, (which is absurd) they have kept their word. Summer and holiday season releases are most likely, as that pulls in more profits for CBS and online retailers. They want to make the most profit, that is why the releases are in volumes, but with lowering prices right now. Two years ago, they were higher. You can see a drop in that by now. By now, it’s well-worth the investment.

Are they still planning on releasing Seasons 12-14 DVDs? I asked CBS Home Entertainment about it and they said they don't have any updates on the show at this time and please continue to check Amazon as titles are always being added to the release schedule. Hopefully we'll hear something soon.

Very unlikely I'm afraid. I talked to Andrew
Klyde a few weeks ago and he told me that not
too long ago there was a big change in structure
at CBS and virtually everyone in the CBS Home
Entertainment division were sacked. He has
expressed his interest to the new decision
makers of his desire to oversee the rest of
the seasons of the series, but so far he has
not been given any encouraging words, more
like not been given any words at all. However
he believes it's a better of when, not if and

an official announcement to be made first.

How very sad to contemplate that the final, "lost seasons", may very well remain in such a state for the moment. Hopefully, trying to eek out a little more money will be a good enough incentive and they will be released. In the meantime there are some from 12th to 14th available for viewing on YouTube. The quality varies but it's ,at least for now, better than nothing. Thanks for answer, even if it's not what fans hope to hear..
