While I don't quite get the folks who are still devoted to Doyle 2 years after he died, I did like his character. When he sacrificed himself, it kind of broke my heart. I got teary. (ATS is one of the only shows that can do that to me.)

But I must add I was never a C/Der. I wouldn't have been bothered by them dating, but I wasn't *aching* for them to be together. Still, I'm glad Cordy told him she'd go out with him before he died. And I'm glad he got to kiss the woman of his dreams befor his noble sacrifice.

I've never gotten teary at anything on BtVS or AtS.

Oh, it's not that I'm not embarrassed to admit it. But the truth is the truth. There are several eps of ATS and BTVS that have had me turning away from friends and family to "get something out of my eye." And it's not like I'm a sap or anything. But, sometimes, they just manage to get me.

There have been several eps of both series that have made me cry like a baby. (I cry pretty easily, and that may have something to do with it.) I just rewatched The Body and Forever--both of 'em made me cry. One thing I'll say for SMG, she makes good cry-face. When she's telling Dawn that she has to keep doing things because when she stops, Joyce is really gone... ::sniff:: Cried in Hero, even though I wasn't a C/Der. Cried during The Gift, although it didn't pack nearly the emotional wallop that The Body/Forever did, IMO. And as embarassed as I am to admit it, I cried a lot during IWRY. I've never once rewatched that one, though.

Really? "Is that it? Am I done?" gets me every single time.
