Subject: Is there a Miss Canada International pageant that leads to the real Miss International pageant in Japan, not the one in Chicago, Illinois? Also, can anyone explain to me why there is a pageant called Miss International in Chicago? Wouldn't there be issues with the real Miss International pageant? Author: website? Apparently, the one in Chicago received a stop work order from the big one in Japan (NT) Future director 19:50:21 06/08/09 Mon Miss International Canada sends to Miss International (the *real* one) or at least they used to, I don't beleive they exist anymore and the Canadian delegate is selected 'at large' via BOC (confirmation here please).The Miss International in the USA Christi 14:27:09 06/09/09 Tue The Canadian reps for the Mrs Intl in the US for the past 2 years were from Canada. Before that, there have been a few from the US. 2 years ago, the Miss delegate was from Canada - other years, I have no idea. I don't think any of them ever competed twice in either teen miss or mrs divisions (NT) -- Follower, 18:32:45 06/09/09 Tue 2007 was from Kansas. I was close. *shrug* and the delegate I am speaking about was not in the last 2 years.
